WHHS Junior Malena Noboa Egas stands proudly at the Connecticut Supreme Court in Hartford on June 4, after being honored as a runner-up in the Connecticut Bar Foundation essay contest. Malena received a $1,000 award and a plaque for her compelling essay on students’ First Amendment rights in schools.

Yesterday, WHHS seniors celebrated at their Senior Picnic at Cielo! 🎓☀️ After a year of hard work, they definitely earned a day to relax, connect with friends, and celebrate all they’ve accomplished. 💙🍦🍗🎶 With a mobile ice cream parlor, Mission BBQ, and a DJ, it was an unforgettable time!
