West Haven High School Athletics is proud to celebrate several outstanding accomplishments by our student athletes at West Haven High School.
Our 200 Medley Relay team of Nathan Charron, Naomi Shubin, Austin Carr, and Benjamin Proano set a new school record with a time of 1:47.63, breaking a 35 year old record and making history in the pool. In addition, Nathan Charron also set a new school record in the 100 Backstroke with an impressive time of 56.55.
Briana Madera and Danielle Hawkins of our Varsity Cheerleading team earned First Team All State honors.
On the court, Noelle Lawrence of the Girls Varsity Basketball team was named SCC Player of the Year and earned All SCC First Team honors. Tigui Keita was also recognized for her outstanding season, earning All SCC Second Team honors.
Congratulations to all of these incredible student athletes for representing West Haven with pride and excellence!

The West Haven High School Technology Student Association and VEX Robotics Club competed last week at the VEX Qualifier at the University of New Haven, finishing in the middle of the pack after months of hard work since September. With 25 students involved this season and 12 competing, the team showcased strong teamwork and positive energy.
